I was shocked yesterday when I was looking at prices in local real estate magazine. I bought my house two years ago and prices than were a lot higher than they are today. Also there are so many great locations available today it’s just unbelievable. For example in Texas Hill Country there are many great houses on sale that are way below what we paid for it. My business is going quite well, recession did not hit me very bad, so I might go out and buy another home. I will rent it and my son can go live in it when he is old enough. I think this is a great opportunity for such investment. Real estate Boerne & San Antonio is also a great opportunity right now. Whole Texas seems to be under-priced. Looking at all the luxury houses and homes  that are one the market right now i feel like a kid in a candy shop!

I wanted to buy a safe this weekend. It’s hard times we are in right now and it might make a lot of people do things that they usually wouldn’t. I always wanted to have a letterbox that looks like my house. Like you see them in American movies. I watched Bride Wars movie in the theater yesterday and I loved it! It made me wonder what kind of wedding should I have? I don’t live in New York, I live in Georgia, but I still want a huge wedding with a lot of people and most important, huge party after that. I am not sure about where to have the wedding. Maybe I will simply stay here in Georgia, it makes most sense, since most of my friends are from around here. I will have to make sure I get a wedding videographer in Georgia. But if I choose to wed in beautiful North Carolina where my parents live I will have to choose a wedding videographer in North Carolina. There also is a chance I will have to wed in South Carolina since my friend owns a hotel there and he insists I wed there. It’s not exactly up to standard of NY hotels, but it is still a great place to hold a wedding. In that case, I will have to look for wedding videographer in South Carolina.
