I was shocked yesterday when I was looking at prices in local real estate magazine. I bought my house two years ago and prices than were a lot higher than they are today. Also there are so many great locations available today it’s just unbelievable. For example in Texas Hill Country there are many great houses on sale that are way below what we paid for it. My business is going quite well, recession did not hit me very bad, so I might go out and buy another home. I will rent it and my son can go live in it when he is old enough. I think this is a great opportunity for such investment. Real estate Boerne & San Antonio is also a great opportunity right now. Whole Texas seems to be under-priced. Looking at all the luxury houses and homes  that are one the market right now i feel like a kid in a candy shop!
